Detroit Red Wings goaltender Chris Osgood, the goal tender is retiring after being sidelined with injuries most of last season

The 38-year-old Osgood, who won three Stanley Cups with Detroit announced plans Tuesday. He will remain with the organization that helps scouts and develop young goalies.
